Unto my son and daughters herein after appointed (that is to say) unto my son ?b?Isaac?/b? the legacy or sum of twenty-five pounds of lawful money of Great Britain and unto my two daughters ?b?Phoebe?/b? and ?b?Mary?/b? Hemingway the Legacy or sum of fifteen pounds a piece of like lawful money which said several legacies or sums of money I do hereby give and bequeath and do will and direct the sums and every of them to be paid by my said son ?b?Josiah?/b? Hemingway his heirs or assigns onto my said other son and daughters at the end of one year next after all my said children shall have attained their several ages of twenty-four years. And it is my will and mind that in case any of my said several legatees shall happened to die before they and every one of them shall have attained their several ages of twenty-four years then I do order, direct and appoint that the legacy or legacies of him or her or they so dying shall be equally divided amongst the surviving. Also I give and bequeath unto my said ?b?wife?/b? and her executors, administrators and assigns forever, all my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature, kind or quality so ever the same or any part thereof at mine decease shall or may be, She and they paying thereout all my just debts and funeral expenses.
