JANE HEMINGWAY OF HEDLEY COTTAGE, OUTWOOD, LAST WI
5TH JANUARY 1933

This is the last Will of me Jane Hemingway of Hedley Cottage, 357 Leeds Road, Newton Hill, near Wakefield in the County of York, Widow.
I revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions (if any) made by me.
I appoint my sister Ada Hemingway and brother-in-law Fred Hemingway (hereinafter called my Trustees) to be my Executors and Trustees of this my last Will.
I give and bequeath all my real and personal estate unto my Trustees upon trust that my Trustees shall sell my said real and estate and call in sell or convert into monies such part of my personal estate as shall not consist of money (with power to postpone such sale calling in or conversion for such a period as my Trustees without being liable to account may think fit) and shall out of the money to arise from such sale calling in or conversion of my said real and personal estate and out of my ready money pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and shall stand possessed of the residue of the sad moneys in trust as to five sixteenth part shares thereof for my brother William Simpson, my brother George Simpson my sister-in-law Hannah Masterson, my sister Mary Bembridge wife of Charles Bembridge and my brother-in-law Fred Hemingway or such of them as shall be living at my death in equal shares as tenants in common provided always that if any of them William Simpson, George Simpson, Hannah Masterson, Mary Bembridge, Charles Bembridge and Fred Hemingway shall die in my lifetime leaving a child or children who shall survive me and shall attain or have attained the age of twenty one years such child or children shall take if more than one equally between them the share which his her or their deceased parent would have taken under this Will if such parent had survived me.
As to all the rest residue and remainder of the said residuary moneys I direct my Trustees to stand possessed of the same in trust for such of the three children of the said Ada Hemingway namely Olive Hemingway, Clifford Hemingway and Herbert Simpson Hemingway as shall survive me and attain the age of twenty one years and if more than one in equal shares as tenants in common
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 5th day of January one thousand nine hundred and thirty three
