      This is the last will and testament of me Daniel Hemingway of Chapel Haddlesey in the county of York. First I leave to my wife Ann all my real property during the term of her natural life and also my personal property to be disposed of at her pleasure. Secondly, after the death of my wife I bequeath my real estates to be divided equally amongst my three sons Daniel, Richard and George they paying to my two daughters Elizabeth and Mary out of it to Elizabeth ten pounds and Mary forty pounds. I leave my son George my executor to fulfil this my will in witness whereof hereinto put my hand and seal this eleventh day of July one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven. Signed declared and published in the presence of us.
