      Know all men by these presents that we, Isabella Hemingway of Leeds in the county of York, widow and Joseph Waite of the same, cabinet maker and Henry Kinder of Thwaite Mill in the parish of Rothwell of same, butcher
      Do stand and are firmly bounden and obliged unto the Worshipful Peter Johnson, Master of Arts, Commissary of the Exchequer Court of the Most Reverend Fatherin God, William, by Divine Providence Lord Archbishop of York, Primate of England and Metropolitan lawfully constituted in the sum of eighty pounds of good & lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to the said commissary or his true and lawful Attorney, Executors, Administrators or Assigns---------------------------- 16th day of December 1777-------------------
      The condition of this obligation is such that if the above bounden Isabella Hemingway widow, relict and administrator of all & singular the goods, chattels and credits of John Hemingway, late of as aforesaid in the diocese of York, Innholder, deceased------------------------------shall register an inventory by the 16th day of June next--------------------and shall pay etc by 16th December next
